WORK PROCESS

stage 1

SALE AND COMMERCIAL PHASE SUPPORT

Time: the necessary to get the sign

In this stage we support the shipyard in signing the contract with the owner.

This stage involves 1 Project Manager, 1 Naval Architect, 1 Naval engineer, 1 structural engineer, a machinery and piping expert, an interior architect, an outfitter.

stage 2

BASIC DESIGN

Time: aprox 1 month

After the signing of the contract a short project spiral is carried out. In this stage we improve the project in order to facilitate the building process.

The people involved in this process form the team that will care about the project until the launch.

stage 3

EXHECUTIVE DESIGN

In this Stage we put on 3D the entire project, even the construction details (agreed with the shypiard). We keep Class, Flags and Owner’s Representatives and Captain in communication and make the drawings for Class and Flag.

Same team involved, with the addition of by some detail-engineer for drawings. It’s very important that the Team remains the same, so they keep at pace with the entire journey.

stage 4

BUILDING

In this Stage the Team moves to the production site, continues to design, controls production instantly, helps shipyard figures for example by scheduling the activities and deliveries of components in view of the correct loading sequence, and is supported by a team of designers. The Team is in contact with the Main Office via VPN connection and instant messaging video and chat software. The team should schedule the activities according to the shipyard’s needs.
