Optima offers extensive experience and expertise in the development of architectural projects such as marinas, and the planning and development of retail space in high-growth areas. The increase in new residential areas and marinas and the growing demand for implementation, has led us to creating an “architecture” department in-house that deals with the design and development of projects dedicated to this important area related to nautical tourism.
Our team, composed of various highly-skilled professionals, has international-level accreditation to develop and manage these unique projects.

Our most important architecture projects are “Baia Blu d’Oriente Ningbo” and “Baia Blu d’Oriente Zhoushan”.
The starting point has been the idea of gathering our best personal business relationships in one big heart-breaking project. For this purpose, we create the entire architectural concept of “Baia Blu d’Oriente” and we involve global-known brand managers and important businessmen in the plan.
Starting from the study of the land, we enhance the beauty of a place to attract tourists and investors, to make it an unique place to live, to work and to visit.
First, we analyze the concept , then we project waterfront, marinas, hotels, residential buildings, roads, transports and the future development of the city.

ATOMOTIVE
We have also applied our unique design methods to our work in the automotive sector. In particular we have designed luxury van customisations - transforming vans into limousines, which involves re-designing both the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
Other innovative projects are currently being scheduled.
